TOWIE‘s James Lock undergoes painful ear surgery after cruel trolls claimed he ‘looked like Hitler‘… just weeks after hair transplant
He received a barrage of abuse after he stepped out with a new hairstyle at the last month.
And James Lock has undergone more surgery following his hair transplant after cruel trolls mocked him for looking like Hitler.
The star, 31, splashed out £5,000 on constructive ear surgery, after years of being insecure.

Speaking about being bullied online about his appearance, he told : ‘They cut off my head in one picture, and replaced it with Hitler‘s. I thought that was a bit strong.‘
He added: ‘Some people think I‘m having an early midlife crisis, but I‘m not, I have had a couple of insecurities since I was a kid about my ears and my hairline.‘
The reality star took to Instagram to show off the results of his painful ear correction surgery on Wednesday as he sported a white head bandage.
It comes after James assured fans they will never see the -inspired hairstyle after he was bullied on social media.
Sharing a snap of himself and Yazmin at the event, he wrote: ‘For everyone wondering what‘s going on with my hair, 2 weeks ago I had a hair operation and it hasn‘t healed yet! Hence the bieber hairstyle!!
‘This is not my new look! You will be glad to know you will never see this hairstyle again, but thanks for the feedback… it‘s all love!‘
James‘ questionable hairstyle prompted fierce debate amongst fans at the 2018 .
